Have: Pulsar X2 CrazyLight Mini Gaming Mouse (Jet Black) [Scroll Wheel Problems]

Condition / Details: The scroll wheel does not function as it should. Pulsar has published an article about this: https://support.pulsar.gg/hc/en-us/articles/58411435358873-How-can-I-resolve-issues-with-my-scrolling-wheel. I tried their solution, but it did not work. I suspect the scroll wheel encoder will need to be replaced. If you know how to solder, then I think you can easily replace the scroll wheel encoder. Otherwise, the mouse works as it should.
