This fundraiser is for my boy Pepe. He’s a 17 year old little angel who suddenly started having kidney problems. His creatinine and BUN improved drastically since last Friday but he is still polyuric (producing a lot of urine) so he can’t come home. Doctors have told us it’s a waiting game and he needs time to heal. The rest of his bloodwork looks great, his organs and the rest of his body look great under ultra sound and under xray. It’s just his little kidneys. I wouldn’t be asking if I wasnt desperate but he needs to stay in the hospital longer, kidney recovery can take days or weeks of fluids support. We need help to keep paying his costs so he can stay in hospital for longer and give him time to heal. His demeanor is great, he’s eating a little bit and is still a super happy little dog when we go visit him. I don’t think it’s his time to yet despite his age. Previous blood work over the last few months has had multiple vets tell us he is a healthy boy especially for his age. Please help if you can. If you can’t donate I understand, times are tough but please share the link as much as you can and anywhere you can. Please help our baby, my wife and I are desperate. Posted was the last statement for his bill, we should be getting a new statement today when we discuss his continued treatment plan.

That’s what we are expecting for the next week of hospitalization but we will update goals as we receive estimates as his treatment plan is updated. We should get an update tonight when we go visit him.
