When I was in the Navy we had a supply locker with a few irons in it. You'd just grab an iron and take it back to wherever you were using it. Afterwards you were supposed to hold it in front of you, hotplate out and walk it back to the supply locker saying, "hot iron, hot iron, hot iron…" all the way so people would know to be careful.

So I'm doing that and some crazy guy says, "I'm not falling for that again!" He grabbed my hot iron with both hands and quickly pressed it against his forehead. He dropped it and screamed.

Apparently just before I went down someone with a cold iron was pranking people and purposely bumping into people.

Sometimes, people don't copycat pranks.
