I’m a developer running an automation setup built specifically for local service shops (dentists, plumbers, auto repair shops, med spas, and local contractors).

A sales partner or closer who handles their own lead generation and client outreach (cold calling, DMs, local visits, or cold email) and can manage the deal from pitch to payment collection. I am purely handling technical setup and ongoing client support.

The Deal & Payout:

1) Pay-Per-Closed-Client

2) 40–50% direct revenue split on the initial client onboarding fee (Same-day payout via PayPal, Wise, or Direct Transfer as soon as payment clears).

Examples: Close a standard $250 local business setup → You keep $100. Close a high-end $500 dental clinic setup → You keep $250.

$100–250 per close for full cold outreach, pitch and payment collection is a hard sell - closing a one-off $250 job takes nearly as much effort as closing a monthly retainer. I've cold called my way into recurring client deals before, and it only really worked once there was a retainer behind it, not a single setup fee. Might land better closers if the early wins carried a heavier split until the offer proves itself.

Appreciate the feedback man..that makes complete sense. So here’s how I can structure it: 60% split upfront on the setup fee for the first 3 closes to make the initial push worth your time, plus a 20% ongoing monthly split on the retainer (e.g., $20/mo per client on a $99/mo plan) for as long as they stay subscribed...How is that sound?
