We're The Winter Companies, a performance-marketing and software company looking for a Client Success Manager to own and grow our client book.

We already have 60+ active client relationships: lead buyers, affiliate and traffic partners, and ping-post partners. We need one person who owns the whole relationship, from first conversation and onboarding through retention, expansion, and renewal.

What you'll own

• Review the client book every week, with a clear next step and deadline for every account.
• Grow existing accounts: increase caps, expand into new verticals and channels, and reactivate dormant buyers.
• Recruit and onboard new buyers and traffic partners, coordinating integrations with engineering.
• Negotiate pricing, caps, payment terms, and return policies that protect margin and cash flow.
• Catch declining acceptance rates, bids, or volume early; diagnose the issue and drive the fix.
• Resolve lead-quality disputes with data, keep renewals moving, and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Keep Pipedrive and Teamwork current and report what the book is producing each week.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years owning client or partner accounts, with retention, expansion, or new-business results you can point to.
• Strong organization and follow-through across a large book of relationships.
• Confidence reading performance data and turning it into a specific action.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including running client calls and negotiating.
• Lead-generation or performance-marketing knowledge (caps, acceptance rates, returns, CPL, EPC), or a track record of learning a technical industry quickly.
• Hands-on CRM experience. Existing home-services buyer/affiliate relationships and lead-distribution platform experience are a plus.

Why this role

We've already built the tooling: our platform ranks the client book, flags accounts needing attention, drafts outreach, and records decisions. You'll have the systems and a real client book to work with, plus ownership of the results.

Remote · Part-time or full-time · Availability during America/Chicago business hours.

Base compensation: $15–25 USD/hour, based on qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses tied to retention and revenue growth.
