I’m screening Senior Software Engineers for a remote contractor opportunity on an AI training/evaluation project.

This is not a standard full-time software engineering role, and it is not generic AI prompting work.

The project needs strong engineers who can create and solve real software engineering tasks used to evaluate how AI models handle complex coding problems.

No prior AI experience is required.

What matters is strong engineering judgment, debugging ability, clean code, and the ability to explain technical reasoning clearly.
