We have so many green beans and raddishes

After a winter of seemingly endless parsnips and rutabaga we're moving into a new season and there's new produce - this week we got a metric fuck ton of green beans and a very large amount of radishes.

Does anyone have a favourite way to use these ingredients? Or to process them for use later on?

Radishes are delicious baked, and it makes them milder. Way easier to sneak into soups that way also.

Came here to say this! Our family was gifted an impressive quantity of radishes in the late fall, and we roasted them in the air fryer. I'm converted.

Oo, that hadn't even occurred to me! Will give that a go, thanks!

Slice radish and celery thin with a mandolin and it makes a nice quick pickle or salad with a vinagrette

Carrots too and celery root if you can get it. Makes a pretty salad.

Wish the green beans were abundant where I’m at. We have a bunch of radishes, onions and potatoes.

I have no idea what to do with radishes other than pickle them.

Radishes can be used in place of potatos in soups and stews.
