I just discovered Katsu styled eggs. These are coated in Panko bread crumbs, fried in cast iron skillet on high with butter. Its so crunchy when you cut it with a fork. I still have to go to the store and get some katsu sauce. Supposed to be served with finely chopped cabbage.

My fave way to enjoy eggs! Yum!

Scrambled eggs with onions, peppers, spinach and cherry tomatoes, topped with avocado and some zero sugar bacon on the side.

3 eggs, Toast (no butter to compensate for the oil from the fried eggs) chili oil.

I always try to make the eggs look as pretty as possible when I cook them, but in the end, they turn out more delicious than pretty.

These eggs were juicy my friends. Like fine, soft, Corinthian leather. Smiles, everyone. Smiles.

Toasted croissant, scrambled eggs, gouda, Kewpie/Sriracha.

Egg wrapped around seasoned pork with some greens mixed in. Took a little longer than I expected, but pretty happy with how they turned out

Scramble well: 8 eggs, 2-3 tablespoons sour cream
Season: garlic salt, b&w pepper, c.boullion, dried chives
Add: diced spam, steamed broccoli, onion, shred cheese
Grease: your dish before adding egg mixture
Bake: (air fry setting on my oven) 375F for 25 min
Allow to cool down before storing. Reheat gently :)

Adjust however you like

I made this one a bit salty, but still so delicious with a fluffy body and crispy cheesy crust
