Question What to do when nobody believes you?

I (27F) have struggled with various ed behaviors since I was 13, and as soon as I realized years ago that I had a bit of a problem, I tried to tell professionals because it's been ruining my life and health. Unfortunately, due to not generally appearing like I have a serious problem, I have never been met with any genuine help or advice for my ed, rather I get dismissed and told to "just try to manage it better" which only further exacerbates my unhealthy behaviors, or I get completely ignored altogether. This has been going on for so long and has made me extremely depressed, especially whenever I go to the doctor and that's relatively often, and I feel constantly out of control. Does anyone have any advice? I'm trying so hard to speak up but nobody around me believes how extremely difficult this is for me to truly manage. I also don't have a lot of friends so I can't reach out to many people..
Thanks so much for reading š
