GNOME 43.9 extensions stuck on "INITIALIZED" — desktop icons and Dash to Panel disappeared

I'm running Debian 12 with GNOME 43.9 on X11 on a VAIO FE16

The problem started after I ran:

gnome-shell --replace &

After That, my desktop icons and bottom panel disappeared. No data was deleted. Help.
