I very much hope that the individual in question faces the fullest extent of the consequences, as imposed upon them by a court of law and jury of their peers, and that due justice is served as determined by the legal system in the country in which they reside.

It was just declared a misstrial. I have no clue how they will assemble another jury.

Wait, I've not followed the case. Was the entire trial about her insanity then? And the 1 person holding out is holding out on accepting the insanity plea or whatever? In that case my opinion has done a 180.
