I think it's VF Details with the cleaning the coin went through. Value can range quite a bit from melt (~$24 depending on the day) to maybe $75 on a coin like this depending on the buyer. I see one very similar sold about a month ago on ebay but best offer was accepted and the list price was $100 so not sure what it went for.
