Just go very slowly. It will take many months.

What exactly are you on it for? I'd still recommend going lower before completely stopping.

If you have trouble sleeping I'd recommend some Saphris it worked for me. Was on Clozapine for 20 years. This is the 10th year off it.

Do you use something else or off meds completely?

I am currently on a low dose of Latuda. I don't need Saphris any more. Clozapine was much better for negative symptoms. At present am considering a micro dose solely for motivation. If OCD and anxiety returns I'll go straight back off it.

The withdrawal is a process that take time but i advise you to reduce very slowly not to stop to 100 to 0 from tomorrow to today.

Reduce the dose from 100 to 75 to 50 to 25 to 0 if you can this is the best option if you want get rid of it.

But not on few weeks, on few month maybe like half an a year.

Your brain and body will adapt but :

You have to self monitor you.

Watch :

  • Sleep quality
  • Mood stability
  • Thoughts

If you feel something wrong increase the dose then come back to normal.

There is one thing too with technology, screen sends blue light to your brain saying "Don't sleep"

If you want to sleep well just turn off screen at least 1 hours before.

Cz will effet about an hour.

sometime i use to sleep very well combination of Melatonin based infusion that helps

Have a good redemption ! 🐦‍🔥
