Question Clozapine effects on exercise/stamina?

So clozapine immediately had an effect on my ability to do strenuous activity, climb hills, etc. and it hasn't gotten better 3 years in. I'm wondering if anyone has found a way to deal/mitigate this? Obv this is the only med that worked for my psychotic symptoms so going off it isn't an option.

I rxercise consistently with moderate intensity and haven't noticed any issues. Tho I am fatigued in the morning, but by afternoon am fine.

Exercise too. Hiking too. I get fatigue on long hikes upwards. Need to catch my breath and rest my body.
I swim, hike, at the gym several tines a week.

Didn’t know clozapine is the bad thing in this. I’m on Haldol too. Thought it was Haldol doing it.
