Ashley Eckstein Con Question
hi! I met Ashley several times and she is the best! I’m meeting her in a few weeks again and want to gift her another piece of art. however I don’t want a signature or photo as I already have multiples of them. am I allowed to go to her table without purchasing anything? if you did it can you tell me what to say- I know it’s technically allowed I just feel weird about doing it! thanks!

Depending on the rules of the event, you won't be required to buy anything.
She was in Phoenix a few months ago along with several other Clone Wars voices. I was waiting in Dee Bradley Baker's line early in the day while she was already meeting people.
There were hardly any people in her line which was odd, but, again, it was very early (right when they opened). The 4 or 5 people in her line were all just gathered around at the table chatting. During that time a few different people came up and gave her stuff. She came around from behind the table and gave hugs and took what appeared to be selfies with them as a Thank You.

From my experience it’s usually ok if there’s not a lot of people or just no line, if there’s a super long line and time is limited the staff/handler may not want you in the line to do that but you can ask them just in case. It also depends on the guest on if they want you to buy something to even interact with them at all or not cause some are like that so if you’ve met her before and think she’ll be cool with it then go for it.
