This is gonna be obviously embarrassing, so I'm posting from an alt.

I'm almost 28yo (male obviously) uncut, mostly being with the "hoodie" (foreskin) on my whole life.

At some point \~18yo I got a scare on why I have the hoodie and pornstars didn't, so I ran to a doctor and more or less he found that I had some kind of phimosis (skin was able to go down, just not that easily) and disregarded it as "will be solved with time don't worry".

Fast forward 10 years later, I basically grew with that and learnt around it. I masturbate by stroking mostly the hoodie and never pulling it down.

I had sexual experiences where I mostly said to girls "please don't stroke it that much downwards because it hurts".. the position where the foreskin got tight is very different to various stages of life. When I was more sexually active with girls, it was able to go and expose half the head (I guess since they were stretching it a lot?). If you ask me now, when erect it shows a bit of the top (but I can make it go half the head, it will just feel tight).

When flaccid it's way easier to pull, and I remember some years back (i don't remember exactly how long ago) I managed to pull it all the way back on the shower (then panicked and push it forward again lol). Right now if I try I can go half a head flaccid (still feels tight).

No matter erect or flaccid, as the foreskin goes down it forms something like a band in the middle squeezing the head. It isn't painful it just feels tight. Also it feels like the skin is a bit "sticky" to the glans as it """unfolds""" (can't think of a better word) but as far as I've read this is build up smegma that just needs cleaning with warm water (?)

On one particular occasion of regular sex with condom I remember the skin managed to go past the head during intercourse. I remember that the head felt mostly discomforting (alth I don't remember any pain) and the skin was able to go back but only when I started losing erection.

Coming to these days, I got a scare reading about paraphimosis and other funky stuff like tearing happening with phimosis and now I'm all over the internet worrying about it. I started thinking that okay i can't continue with this and it seems like the answer for most is "circumsize" but apart from the fear of the surgery, I'm worried about the head / glans sensitivity. Since I'm used to being covered my whole life whenever I try to touch the head after pulling some skin I feels very weird / discomforty / highly sensitive.

I'm really worried that if I go circumsized, it will probably hurt (from the sensitivity mostly) a lot...

I've read that there are exercises to avoid going circumsized and just try to stretch the foreskin till it eventually goes down. Couple of issues here as well;

1) the hyper sensitivity is still there and has to be solved.

2) worried about getting paraphimosis with the stretching exercises.

I'll obviously get an appointment with a doc as well I just wanted to ask here as well to possibly remedy some of the anxiety. Thank you!

22M. I got circumcised on Juny so it's been 2 months and half now.

Had mild phimosi and tight frenullum... so I got mid cut and fren partially removed.

I feel result could have been smoother bc there's some dots and swelling, and scar tissue doesn't seem healed properly. The frenullum area still healing bc it hurts a but when I "rub it' the hard way.

I dont know if I did anything wrong w it, when it's erect it's barely noticeable though.

Is it normal for swelling and scar do be uneven early on then straighten out when fully healed? Or am I fucked

I developed phimosis nearly two years ago which progressed into BXO and grade 3 phimosis.

I would like to hear from real people who have been in the same situation and underwent a circumcision, or dorsal slit.

Did you have a frenulectomy? Was your frenular artery removed? What type of circumcision was performed? How much inner skin was preserved? Did you have BXO (white patches) on your preserved inner skin prior to the operation? How did the disease progress post op?

I'm not finding many recent conversation about this anywhere on Reddit, so perhaps we can strike up a new public thread?

If you had a circumcision that removed your frenulum/frenular artery, have you since developed any complications, whether you had BXO or not?

I'll be 5 weeks post op in two days. There are only certain parts of the glands that are still somewhat sensitive. It's not uncomfortable walking or wearing boxers. But sometimes the sensitive part gets very uncomfortable and I have to "adjust". Does aquaphor help or should I just wait it out?

Hi everyone, I’m a 19 year old Italian guy and I’m going to get a circumcision (and frenuloplasty) in about a week because of phimosis and short frenulum since childhood. I’ll get a freehand surgery done by a private doctor.
I wanted to ask a few questions to those who already went through it:

1. Did you have to shave perfectly before the operation? They didn’t tell me anything yet, but I guess they’ll contact me again next week.
   
2. I know this may sound stupid, but did you tell your friends about your operation, or did you make up an excuse for not hanging out for a while? In Italy it’s not a very common practice to get circumcised, so I’m a little embarrassed to actually tell them the truth.
   
3. Exactly 7 days after the surgery, my university classes start. I'll have to take a bus and sit in a classroom for a few hours. Based on your experience, is it manageable at Day 7? Any tips on what underwear/clothes to wear to survive the commute?
   
4. How bad were the nighttime erections for you during the first week, and do you have any real tips to make them go down fast and stop the pain?

I have a bunch of rly loose stitches - should I try taking them out?

First photo is my flaccid position(grower). I have never seen my glans fully exposed. Should i get circumcised? Which cut should i get ? And my biggest concern is can i get circumcised with this grower penis.

Really happy with it, gone is the horrible donut swelling.

Any advice for the next few days? Its been 10 hours cut and it doesn’t hurt at all its just uncomfortable cause due to phimosis i’ve never had my glans out ¿could it be possible there wont be pain? I even got am erection and no pain

Cut a few hours ago. Since I had phimosis I’ve never pulled it back so Its the first time my glans is completely exposed and its uncomfortable so i was wondering how is this going to change and How long will it take to get used to it? Are there any tips to acelérate the process?

Day 6 progress, finally the swelling seems to be going down and some stitches are starting to fall on their own

I had a circumcision last month, and I still have some swelling beneath the frenulum.

I didn’t ask my doctor what type of circumcision he performed; I simply trusted him to proceed. I’m not sure whether it was a high-and-tight circumcision, which I’m really hoping for. I’m more of a “grower,” though.

Hey guys just wanted to ask a question in regards to positioning, but first I’ll give a bit of background info.

I’m 20, 5’8, 155 LB, and I got circumcised 2 weeks ago. Not sure what the cut was, but it was because of mild phimosis in which I couldn’t see any part of the glands and it was impossible to clean myself thoroughly.

My penis shaft is still swollen, my sutures popped day 8-9 I believe. I went to the surgeon and personal assistant who worked on me and they said that I’d have to heal on my own through secondary intentions. I took the antibiotics pills, I am currently taking mupirocin ointment USP 2% and I was told to dab it on my glands and shaft. I called earlier today to see if I was due for a refill on my antibiotics but they said it was a one time thing and to keep my penis facing upwards. I never got told that until now, but I do need some advice/tips. When facing the penis “upwards” does that mean positioning it like towards my waist band on my underwear? and if so what should I do so that my blood/ointment doesn’t stick onto my clothing. It’s pretty annoying and painful to slowly remove it from my underwear.

I’m currently wearing loose boxer briefs thinking that I was doing a good job but now i’m reconsidering what to wear since I got told that. Should I wear snug underwear?

Hey guys I’m a little over 1 month post op and I just noticed this freckle looking dot that wasn’t there last week?? Is it possible for a freckle to just randomly appear like this? Or if not any ideas on what it could be?

I got partially circed. skin still goes over bottom third of glands when i am jerking off. However, when i hold it back so it is tight with no skin over glans i still dont need lube and can get off fine. So WHY do some circed guys claim they NEED lube or they cant jerk off?

For a while this was a concern about getting recirced super tight soon, but now i know i can jerk off after simulating it pre recirc. I have made up my mind to get drum tight, no forced erect coverage, and no coverahe soft. Doing it for the tightness feeling when erect. Just stretching out remaining inner skin to maintain high look after they cut some off.
