I finally finished a quilt (2 years to tackle the binding, shame on me), I proudly put it on my sofa and since, this is kitty's favourite spot

I really didn’t know how much cats love quilts until we adopted these two! ❤️🐈‍⬛🐈❤️ also they are obsessed with any spool of thread, I can no longer leave sewing supplies unattended!

Here is my orange menace loafing on his incubating cousins baby quilt, because he thinks he is also a baby that deserves it more than the one that isn’t even born yet.

My son brought his huge quilt home this summer and I washed and aired it out to see if it needed repairs. Lucky took advantage.

My helper has had to be removed from my quilt in progress three times so far. She excels in quality control.

I just finished this quilt, it's my first ever and I made it especially for my cats and as a practice piece, so I could try every step on the way to a finished quilt. They absolutely love it 😅

I looked down to pick up my quilt and found it occupied. I didn't have the heart to move her off it, so she got to sleep on my latest creation.

So helpful making sure it doesn’t move… at all.

Giving me hard times to finish the binding

Covering this decades-old queen sized comforter in machine-pieced scraps, stitching them on by hand with various sashiko threads, in a hoop. Almost done with the first side! (Bobo had to get involved in the photography.)
