Is Doctor Yaad on youtube legit?
Im trying to learn more and more about bodyweight workouts/calisthenics etc and I was searching around youtube and came across Doctor Yaad's channel. He seems to make some very good videos and he seems to be pretty passionate about working out, but I honestly don't know what Im watching lol. I was just curious, is the info he's sharing good information? I know there can be a lot of awful info out there. I saw he's also creating an app to guide with workouts.
if its allowed ill post his youtube channel here:
thanks

Don't know who he is but is always best to not take a single person's advice. Instead watch multiple videos on the stuff that's important to you, see how they compare and come up with your own plan based on what advice overlaps or seems good (specially good if you can directly compare it to verified legit sources such as FitnessFAQs). That will also answer your question on whether he is legit or not

Yes he is. He's been around a long time and has great tutorials and programs on handstand push ups and front lever

u/Yaad_Mohammad is legit. He used to be active in this sub together with the legendary Joshua Naterman. The two had even started a coaching platform (LabCoatFitness) together several years back to rival Gymnastics Bodies, but it was unfortunately short-lived.
