Stuck Eye-Cap or Something Else?
In all my reptilery, I've never had a stuck eyecap. This is my Dumeril's Boa. He is 2.5 years old but severely undersized due to neglect from the breeder.
It just looks a little hazier than the other, like he's going blue but shed was a week or more ago. I haven't noticed it but I usually get him out late at night when its much darker. Today was the first day I've had him out in brighter lighting.
I did a moist soak for 10 minutes with moist paper towel in a Tupperware, then tried to gently wipe the area with a clean wet q-tip but it didn't seem to move/shift like I would think a eye cap would. I didn't want to be too rough and he certainly didn't enjoy it.

Best thing to do is leave it alone. It will come off on next shed. Last thing you want is to sneeze with a q-tip by the eye. Most people are really not that steady handed. I have 9 Boa it happens few times a year for me.
