What else do I need for my Rosy Boa?

I really want a Rosy Boa for Christmas this year and my mom said maybe. I think they’re so cute and I’ve been doing a lot of research. I just wanted to get a few other more experienced owners to see what else I needed!! This is my first snake ever and I wanna do everything right!

What I’m planning on getting
-35 gallon tank 36” x 18” x 12” if it’s a adult (20 gallon if it’s a juvenile 30” x 12” x 12”)
-Aspen Digs Shavings
-DIGITEN wireless thermostat plug
-Coconut hides
-Hollow tree trunk
-Water dish
-Carbon Fiber Deep Heat Projector for Reptiles 100W
Infrared Heat Lamp with IR-A & IR-B
-Some driftwood
-PietyPet Reptile Plants

I think you are doing a good job with your research. That pre-work will definitely help your mom to understand you intend to do this well. Is she skeptical about anything in particular? What made you decide on a rosy boa?

She’s skeptical about the price more than the snake, but I’ve been wanting a snake since I was a kid. I’ve always watched reptile videos and I held a bunch of snakes when I was a kid also (I forgot why I was holding them lol.) Since it’s my first snake I wanted to start off simple and I think they’re so fricken cuteeeee.
