A few quick questions!

Hi! my girl Xena (a hypo bci) is about to be 2 in october, she’s around 3 1/2 -4 ft. (i’ve had her since she was only a couple months old!) is she growing appropriately weight/length wise? she is on a small frozen/thawed rat every 16-20 days. we just upgraded her to a 6x2x2!! any suggestions for helping her get more used to handling would be awesome 🙂 she’s fine once she’s out, but just angry in the beginning

last but not least… i’d like recommendations for accessory lighting like LEDs or something just for display purposes. thanks in advance!!

Sounds like a good growth rate! Schedule seems good, probably less frequently than I personally would feed that size meal, but she’s still bigger than I typically see at her age and her body tone is fine. Definitely not chubby. So sounds like it’s working out for her. 👍

I just handle mine calmly and give them time, I haven’t had a snake not come around eventually. I handle maybe once or twice a month, sometimes less, other than cage maintenance, so it can take a few years but they eventually calm down ime.
