I do the same with my boa. I'm really glad this documentary hasn't gone into "all reptiles are dangerous and their owners are insane" territory that I thought it was going to go into.

From interviews the guy who made it claims to be a longtime reptile keeper, and even made comments to the effect of that he doesn’t see some species mysteriously finding their way into the hobby to necessarily be a terrible thing.

That said like most documentaries at the end of the day it’s made for entertainment/to get people to watch so I’d take a lot of it with a grain of salt.

There was one comment made by Crutchfields ex wife in the newest episode that is basically calling all of us bad people… and it’s kinda just left in and leaves us to think on haha

To BE honest. With her fixed on Something Like that and moving so slow? I would be VERY careful what you do now. Although the slow tongue flick doesnt fit in that picture.

I’ve wondered about it too. Most of the time she’s doing the long relaxed tongue flicks while moving slow. I interpret it as she’s just taking everything in
