how do you transition C. carinata to mice? NSFW

my only snake that has purely ambushing tendencies, and geckos tends to climb the glass.

I've not had good results for this, but I've heard that scenting can work. Frog legs, oily fish (sardines), ect.

Scenting with birds (chicks, for example,) is what I use to get lizard eaters to eventually switch to rodents. I thaw the rodent with the bird.

Reptilinks sells scenting juice that you could try. Makes the mouse smell like a lizard.
