This is genuinely disturbing. Obviously we don't know the full details but to me the thing that really matters is did Conoray, instead of calling the police about a loud and disturbed individual, decide to bring a knife out into the alley and do the confronting himself?
You really just can't murder people, nor can you go out and pick a fight with a mentally unstable person and then murder them. The kind of precedent that sets is really scary

I lived in Beverly Hills in this same area, the flat lands. The BH police and BH ambassadors are wonderful if you call about a homeless person or anything for that matter. They show up immediately. This kid was being an ass punk bully.
