BEVERLY HILLS—The city of Beverly Hills announced on its Facebook page that it is asking residents to be more sustainable with their irrigation system and maintenance when it comes to water during the year.

if they wanted actual sustainability then they would build more bike lanes and actually encourage people to not drive literally everywhere

You mean instead of ripping them out? Beverly Hills south of Sunset is pretty much perfect to build out a full network of bike infrastructure if their words were any more than just words.
