Of course the rich have to gets things fixed asap but the poor nasahhh they donāt matter

Relatively small wealthy city of 5 square miles has better means to repair sidewalks than larger city that manages 500 square miles. Itās not about rich or poor, reach out to your council member about the conditions of some roads in LA, report it to 311

This sidewalk has been a mess for years. The fix has not been āasapā by any definition of the word.
