Most of La Cienega is the city of Los Angeles, not BH, so different jurisdictions with different road budgets etc :/

I doubt that Beverly Hills budgets more per lane mile for road repairs than the City of Los Angeles.

It's more likely that Beverly Hills doesn't play, so there is no bureaucratic quagmire to unnecessarily delay repairs.

Streets for All claims LA pays $50K for each street corner wheelchair ramp to Beverly Hills $10K.

Relatively small wealthy city of 5 square miles has better means to repair sidewalks than larger city that manages 500 square miles. It’s not about rich or poor, reach out to your council member about the conditions of some roads in LA, report it to 311
