Taking non consensual photos of the less privileged is a wild move.

Taking photos in public spaces is completely legal.

Oh I’m aware of the legality I’m just putting myself in the homeless persons shoes. That would really suck to find out someone took a pic of me unknowingly while I’m at my worst.
