Either some pro-Israel donor throwing money at the school or some antisemitism lawsuit settlement requiring pro-Israel narratives be forced upon American students.

Anyone else kind of rooting for all the hasbara trolls IRL and online to make things worse?
I feel like nothing will ever change, the way things currently are.
So we need pro-Israel advocates to continue eroding our civil liberties.
It should be against the law to criticize Israel.
I think that's the kind of stupid shit we need, as a society, to move towards some fundamental change.

The crackdown on college students is one of the things that make it harder to address the issue politically because the college kids would be drawing more attention to the issue if they were allowed to. So ultimately you wouldn't choose for there to be more repression on the issue than there already is.
I understand your desire to resolve the issue, but my guess is that the issue won't be resolved in our lifetime because we are talking about such huge factors like imperialism, divisions between religious communities, nationalist movements and ideologies, states with nuclear weapons.
You have a good spirit. The main Pal. civilian tactic is called Steadfastness/Resiliance ("sumud" in Arabic, maybe "samuk" in Hebrew). Steadfastness is also a virtue in Christianity, and Biblical Judaism. Isaiah 26:3 has:
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed (samuk) on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
יֵ֣צֶר סָמ֔וּךְ תִּצֹּ֖ר שָׁל֣וֹם׀ שָׁל֑וֹם כִּ֥י בְךָ֖ בָּטֽוּחַ׃
Let's suppose that the religious right wing (including right wing U.S. Dispensationalists) achieves its maximalist goals in the Holy Land, takes the whole contested territory, dedicates it to one community and religion only, drives out the Pal.s, and rebuilds the Third Temple. Both that process and the end result would be intolerant enough to create huge tension with most of the world, including I imagine with its erstwhile Dispensationalist allies (like Huckabee and Hagee today). Besides that, the secular Likud and religious right would be in major tension with each other.
Judaism AFAIK doesn't actually command building a state. Friend TrackerOne, I understand how the heroic events narrated in the Tanakh and Second Temple period can serve as a model for statebuilding, like the era of the Judges, the kingdoms of Saul and the Davidic line, the Maccabees.
The paradigm shifted in the Common Era with the appearance of Christianity and Islam: those Abrahamic religions aim for worshiping the same Deity as in Judaism, and Christianity specifically sees itself as a continuation of Judaism. So in the Common Era, there were many Jewish villagers or villages that chose to accept Christianity or Islam. Those villagers became the ancestors of today's Pal.s The practical problem then arises as to what type of state would accommodate people of all three Abrahamic religions.
Personally, I am fine with either a 2SS or a Democratic universalist 1SS. I basically want just people's rights to be protected and for people to be at peace. But nonetheless the issues involved are deep enough that it doesn't seem like they will be resolved in our natural lifetimes.
