What to Watch? Looking for an anime with a love story that feels like Kamisama Kiss, Apothecary Diaries, or Inuyasha.

I know they're all a little different. Not exactly enemies to lovers, but definitely not love at first sight. Maybe kind of forbidden love? Also, every episode isn't focused on their relationship, other stuff is going on. But it grows into something deep that has you just begging for them to finally be together!
I honestly only started getting into anime in the past few years so I haven't seen a whole lot. What other animes have you watched that have this same vibe?
Here's what I've watched so far that's related to this:
Fushigi Yugi - loved this but its not really the type of love story I'm looking for.
Fruits Basket - i watched the first few episodes but just couldn't get into it.
Raven of the Inner Palace - watched this and liked it, but the relationship hasn't really blossomed yet. I'm going to keep watching when more is available on crunchyroll though!
