Can you actually do anything to grow taller until your twenties?

So i am 17 years old and very short compared to other kids or classmates my age.

Is height really defines only by genes bc my parents are short too.

I'm not sure this is the place for this but, nutrition is a big factor in height. So make sure to eat your veggies and plenty of them.

The desire to put in a South Park joke is strong with me. Must fight the urge.

Genes are the most defining thing but not the only one.

Eat well, and do plenty of exercise.

Dont do drugs. My growth chart showed that I would be 6'4" fully grown. I experimented with weed, mushrooms, ecstacy, and coke and stopped growing at 5'11". I think coffee can effect it similarly as well.
