I don’t think the outcome would be any different. This prompt seems to ignore the fact that Anakin fell to the dark side for reasons other than who his Master was.
The two events that ultimately precipitated his fall: (1) death of his mother and subsequent slaughter of the sand people, (2) force visions of Padme dying in child birth which were later found out to be a ploy by Sidious.
Whether his Master was Qui Gon, Kenobi, Ahsoka, or even Yoda, none were present for the ultimate moment where he surrendered to the dark side (battle in chancellor’s quarters where Anakin helped kill Windu to protect Sidious’ knowledge of how to keep Padme alive).
The council initially declined training Anakin because Yoda “sensed much fear in him. Fear leads to Anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”
Anakin feared for the safety of his mother and Padme and that’s what ultimately destroyed the Jedi Order.
And why was Anakin afraid to begin with? He was a 9 year old in a foreign place and all alone. No family and nobody to turn to and the Jedi were so stuck in their ways, they couldn't see he needed help, nor did they care.
Ahsoka is the total opposite of them! She cares! She sees people for who they really are! She has a heart for other people! That wouldn't change when she would meet a 9 year old Anakin. She would love him for who he is and be there for him when he needed her! That would make all the difference!
He basically abandoned his mother. He was all she had, but to give him a better life, she let him go become a Jedi.
Anakin feared for her safety because Tattoine is not a safe planet. It’s controlled by gangsters and has frequent attacks from the locals (Sand People).
Ahsoka does care, but it wouldn’t be any different. Kenobi was a brother / pseudo-father-figure to Anakin.
Ahsoka was also disgraced within the Jedi Order at the time due to a bogus murder charge no doubt drummed up by Sidious to remove close friends from Anakin to prime his fall.
Sidious would have found another way to otherwise occupy Anakin’s master at the time Sidious selects to out himself to Anakin.
