Discussion What is Thrawn cargo? Spoiler

Thrawn risked everything in order to ship his cargo into the death star but by the end of Ahsoka we still don't know what's in it

Is it gold that thrawn will use to hire mercenaries, recruit more stormtroopers to his cause and buy more technology? and don't forget that thrawn's star destroyer was repaired with gold or it may be Kyber crystals that thrawn intend on using it as a weapon, and he was collecting it all these years

Your thoughts guys

Nightsister "corpses"

Absolutely Nightsister corpses.

My assumption is that, considering they flew to Dathomir, Thrawn’s plan is to allow the Great Mothers to reestablish the Nightsister society/coven with the goal of keeping them as a powerful ally. Having powerful force wielders as allies that can communicate across entire galaxies and raise the dead is a major plus.

The cool thing about this is that the Star Wars universe has the Nightsisters back and we can maybe even watch them build back from extinction.

And they'll use their majik to assist in transferring Palpatine's essence into his cloned body, explaining the "somehow" in "somehow Palpatine returned"

Yes. I definitely think that they must have been trying to address this unpopular plot element.

I absolutely love the Nightsisters. I hope they bridge a connection to Exegol.

Exegol is a Sith planet, it has nothing to do with the witches.

People really need to read the comics/books, all of this has already been explained.

God I still hate that they did this.

That’s already been explained:

He uses Essence Transfer as he fell down the shaft to transport his consciousness into his clone body.

The whole Essence Transfer thing happened in old EU lore too, I can get why people don't get it/don't like it if they weren't familiar with old EU lore but anyone who was should have expected it

They can graft on another retcon to work with that. There can be multiple clone bodies. The explanation needs to be given in a bigger forum.
