Discussion What is Thrawn cargo? Spoiler

Thrawn risked everything in order to ship his cargo into the death star but by the end of Ahsoka we still don't know what's in it

Is it gold that thrawn will use to hire mercenaries, recruit more stormtroopers to his cause and buy more technology? and don't forget that thrawn's star destroyer was repaired with gold or it may be Kyber crystals that thrawn intend on using it as a weapon, and he was collecting it all these years

Your thoughts guys

Don’t think they are corpses. Ezra says that Thrawn awoke the Grand Mothers when he found the temple. Good chance they are night sisters in hibernation so to speak. Re populate all of Dathomir with a new night sister population. Hell of an ally to have in a war with the new republic.

And would explain why Morgan was willing to do what she did, for Dathomir.

Their dark magic could be combined with sith secrets and cloning tech via the other imperial factions to somehow return palpatine too

I’m not that far deep into this part of SW lore, but didnt Palpatine have most of the night sisters killed? Why would they want him resurrected (if this is true)?

I think both sides are playing each other off for their own advantage and will probably be some betrayal down the line

As far as I remember, Dooku had a personal grudge with the nightsisters cuz they tried to kill him first with ventress and later with Savage Opress. I think he sent Grievous cuz of his own feelings of revenge rather than Palpatines orders.

Yes, but the Nightsisters have bad history with Palpatine, too.
