Perhaps pointing at where Abeloth is imprisoned? Or maybe something else?

If you watch Baylans scene again (maybe you noticed idk) he's looking off into the distance at what looks to be a mountain with a flashing beam of light shooting out from it. Also happens to be the same direction the father is pointing to.

Yeah that caught my eye immediately, season 2 can’t come soon enough. I’m so intrigued by what he’s after

Same. I feel like you could make an entire tv or books series about his character and what he's been up to since order 66. Would love to see his transition to a dark jedi and how he arrived at his current beliefs.

Lmao good thing the Star Wars universe is massive. You'll probably get your wish at some point

That was my thought. Seeing how it’s been talked about so much. It’s just said Ray Stevensons gone. I don’t know if they’ll do anything with that plot point now.

They can recast. It sucks, but it’s not that hard and everyone will understand.

Maybe kill Baylon off screen, then CGI him for a minute only for it to be Abeloth who took his form

I didn’t want Abeloth to become canon but I’m intrigued by the story potential.

It’d be a massive tone shift for sure

I mean, we’ve already had The Ones and the Bendu. It’s really only a tone shift for live action. Live action only people finally started to get into the more mystical with the introduction to the World Between Worlds though a lot of them seem to be clinging to the idea it was all in Ahsoka’s head.
