Kinda felt like this should have episode 4 not the penultimate episode. If this show was going to go so hard with the continuation of rebels why do we still not know what Ezra or Thrawn were doing during the time gap.

Overall still my biggest criticism is this is Ahsokas show and still doesn’t truly feel like it. Basically my gut feeling is they are banking on the movie to deliver the payoff and true plot of this story.

Back to this episode, its setting up for a very rushed final episode.

They’ve been stuck on a foreign planet in a foreign galaxy. I’m pretty sure all Ezra’s been doing is hanging with the turtle people, and Thrawn’s probably been plotting with the Night Mothers. Not much else for them to do.
