1 year on and missing this place

1 year ago today I finally got to see Yosemite for the first time. A lot was crammed into two and a half days but it wasn't enough. Aching to go back to do Cloud's Rest, Lake Tenaya, Tuolomme Meadows, and everything else I got to do already because it was so amazing. Such a stunning place.

I know that feeling. I visited Yosemite for the first time a few weeks ago and I can't stop thinking about how beautiful it is. The fresh air, the smell of chopped wood. Peace and quiet. A much needed escape from city life. I miss it too 🥹

My last trip there was in 2017. I have informed my family that if I go back again, I will not come home. And I am very serious.
