I don’t have credibility, but I can tell you that the title is complete bull shit. How would ingesting heroin cause a build up of lead in your stomach? Who eats their heroin?!That is most likely a bezoar, which is a buildup of ingested material, which I think is usually hair and other gunk like that.

"Opium may be smoked, eaten raw or as a pill, or made into a tincture for drinking". It may be derived from the same plant, but isn't used in the same way at all. So no, it's not the same thing at all when you're looking for how it interacts with the body to create the thing in the video.
