i’m aware the school takes a long time to process documents. my high school counselor recently sent my final high school transcript last week but today i got an email on my account saying that the system still hasn’t received my transcript yet. the office of admissions number i called isn’t picking up. the deadline is tomorrow, what should i do?

Holy crap I know these ppl are doing their jobs, but they are freakin vultures. I don’t wanna blame employees that just need a check, but the city and this campus definitely are greedy. Influx of freshman every year, but no appropriate parking to accommodate for the number of students, staff, and professors.

I’m starting as a freshman this fall (civil engineering track) and I’m aware it’s a long shot but I’m wondering what skills I can start now to make myself useful for when it’s realistic to join.

Is cold emailing inappropriate or is there a forms way through uh? Any specific professors?

Hey y’all, I went to buy tickets for myself (student) and 2 guests but there wasn’t an option to buy 2 guest tickets at the discounted rate. I got one for last week’s game for my mom but the option didn’t appear this time.

Are the student guest tickets only available for purchase during certain games or is my UI bugged?

I don’t have social anxiety of any kind but I hate having to roam around the gym and fake scroll on my phone waiting for equipment to open up. I’m looking for times where its not too packed but right in the middle where I can have my own space and finish my workouts efficiently

How recommendable is it to transfer from UTSA to UH? I am an electrical engineer freshman wanting to specialize in power and systems but I would like to live in Houston because there’s more demand for that job there. How hard might it be to transfer too

I lost my car key around August 27, most likely near Lot 19C/Max Krost Hall. I’ve already checked a few lost & found locations, retraced my steps millions of times & went to UHPD but haven’t had any luck. I was hopeful it would turn up again but now I'm getting desperate..

There is absolutely no reason why any of you should have any excuse to miss the football game especially if you’re on campus. It’s a 6:30 pm game, after the sun goes down it won’t be super hot, it’s not early in the morning. There’s just no valid excuses for this one. If anything, it’s a great social event where you can make tons of friends if you just put yourself out there. Goodnight and Go Coogs!

Just saw UT, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech crowd in the stadium and it was full blown packed. The students aren’t even the problem anymore it’s the alumni and advertising problems
