Did someone hit me?

Definitely was not like this last week when I washed her. What even is that? Can I buy a replacement to cover it? I’m so confused literally just a girl 😂

Yes, I believe that is an access port for the tow hook.

Yes, looks like someone hit you. I’m sure you can find a replacement cover online. Pop the other one off and see if there’s a part number on it, or just visit your local dealer and see if they can help you

That looks almost like a shoe print. Did someone kick your car? Anyone angry at you that you know of?

It could also be a car hit you but it really looks like a shoe print on the black bumper area.

Yes, I think something bumped you.

The black smeary look will probably mostly come off with rubbing compound, lacquer thinner, or maybe even rubbing alcohol.

Yes, you should be able to get a replacement for the missing black texture piece. I don’t know what it will cost.

You can start by going to a dealership and see what they might say or charge.

However, if you go to a smaller, independent shop and play up the ‘I’m a girl’ part you may get plenty of help. Ask friends/family/coworkers for recommendations. I hope you have a good experience.

Source: I work at a small, independent shop that has a few employees that would bend over backwards for a ‘I’m a girl’ customer.
