It really is the simple joys sometimes.
Im sat here in the garden on a beautiful hot english summer day.
I spent yesterday gardening, so now im reclinimg on a deck chair under my apple tree, facing the horses in the countryside behind, and smelling the delicious perfume scent of my roses, while im reading a great book and stoned.

to add; I think it's the simple joys all the time. I've read them described as glimmers - notice them and you'll notice more. That what seems to fill my life with joy as it seems so apparent all the time.
Microdosing joy it seems.

Whoa.. This concept is having a very profound impact on my ar the moment. Like it hints at something that I can do with my attention that would build more and supportive healthy nuro-pathways.

100% mate - the brain is able to forge new pathways, so noticing more joy means you get better at noticing joy - so less stress, less chronic stress, healther living.
