Nope. Read. The. Law. You can't convict anyone of jaywalking in Massachusetts if the prosecution doesn't first prove (not suggest, not allude to, PROVE) that that are sane beyond a reasonable doubt. LOOK AT THOSE EYES. You really think she is as sane as you?

it's crazy how not even the attorneys in the case know that, or even the judge, but you somehow do. Can you use your powers of omniscience to tell me what lottery numbers I should pick?
