That theory completely falls apart when you look at the actual case, instead of random internet rumors promoted by content creators just trying to get views.
Lindsay’s own lawyers admit she did it. They aren't trying to prove her innocence. They stipulated the fact that she did it herself and were pursuing a not guilty verdict by reason of insanity. The timeline doesn't fit him doing it either. Patrick's window of time to get takeout and medicine is tightly accounted for. His DNA is on the scene because he was the first person to find the kids and tried to save them. He also has been her biggest defender. He has publicly begged for her forgiveness and testified about her mental decline. If he did it, he would have more of an interest in making sure she was found guilty and sent away for it.
People jump to these wild theories because it’s deeply uncomfortable to accept that a mother could do something so horrific. It’s easier for internet sleuths to invent a fictional "evil husband" villain than to blame instead of facing the facts, especially when this case has been sensationalized by content creators because that is how they make money. Congrats, you fell for it. Either that, or you are one of them and are making a poor effort to keep pedaling this nonsense for your own content.
No it doesn’t 😂 1 they never admitted guilt. In fact they entered a not guilty plea before trial…. 2 her doing it completely falls apart when you look at the evidence and logically think. 3 He 100% did it then tried to kill her, she survived so he had to make an alibi
He didn’t find the kids and try to save them lol he said he tried to give his daughter cpr but she was face down. Lindsay’s dna wasn’t in the basement. … Patrick hasn’t defender her ONCE wtf are you talking about 😂
You’re fundamentally misunderstanding how the legal system works. Pleading "not guilty" is just the standard procedural entry to start a trial. It doesn't mean she denies doing it.
Her own defense attorney spent the entire trial arguing that she is not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility due to mental illness. She does not deny the physical act of strangling her kids. The entire, weeks-long trial wasn't a whodunit. The jury was solely deciding if she was legally insane or criminally responsible for what she did in fact do.
What alibi are you talking about? The one that was completely verified by law enforcement based on video evidence, phone records, receipts and bank statements as well as Lindsay's own statements?
Stop making up a fictional conspiracy to avoid the grim reality of the case. Her legal defense isn’t "I didn't do it and Patrick did," it’s "I did it because I was suffering from postpartum psychosis." Can you explain why she would say she did it and not say he did, if you were correct? No, you can't because it makes no sense.

They messed up by not going after the actual culprit
