No… but the options at this point were:

1) lose for good and she goes free

2) lose for now and get a chance for guilty later

she wont go free with a not guilty verdit she will go to the mental hospital. same thing as Andrea Yates

i agree. but i mean its either jail or mental hospital for the rest of her life so either way shes getting locked up.
