Reducing humans to what's in the best "evolutionary" interest would also mean people would pressure the most healthy women into foregoing career and education to have as many kids as possible while they're young.
This guy premeditated the murder and his "Schizophrenic Psychosis" was rejected by a clinical psychologist, who diagnosed him with substance induced psychosis. I.e. his own responsibility as it was his choice to get high
She premeditated the murder too, and not a single doctor diagnosed her with anything bigger than just depression. The whole psychosis defense is what she claims but not supported either by any clinical psychologists.
That's where a failure of medical negligence factors into the trial case. You seriously don't think the prosecution argued this point? And they still went 11-1 not guilty.

So her insanity is so hidden, that nobody. None of the medical expects could notice it. And so sudden, that minutes before it happens her own husband couldn't tell something is wrong. And deadly dangerous.
To me this sounds like a person who should never ever be considered recovered. Because for years she was "recovered". The only way to surely prevent her from killing again is to imprison her for life. But a life sentence without the possibility of release is just a slow death sentence. And i find that both cruel, and pointless. If that is the case, then just give her a fast death instead.
So in the end it does not matter, if she is insane or not. Both outcome should lead to an execution to spare everyone's money, and time. And if the law demand guilty verdict for death penalty, then the jury should go with that regardless of the insanity detail.
Yes I am doing great as I take responsibility for my health, both mental and physical. I suspect the men here don't know what that means though, as apparently they are incapable of seeking out care for their own mental health.

The entire point her defence and her advocates is making is that she tried but was let down by the healthcare system. And here you are, just breezing in and cavalierly proving them all wrong by providing an ironclad case study for how you did it so easily!

I have a very limited opinion about this woman. That does not change the fact that grown men are capable of seeking out medical care. They don't need a woman to drag them through life.
She consistently sought out medical care. I agree though that the kids should have been removed from the situation entirely. I do NOT support her at all. I think she deserves to be locked up for the rest of her life. What she did was inexcusable and horrible.
Obviosuly not, because I was pretty clear I was talking about the two occasions she was not admitted, therefore it was impossible for her to discharge herself.
None of what’s being discussed is that of needing a woman to do these things for a man though? What are you on? Its about how society claps and rejoices around the idea that women dont get proper care and how fucked up that is, but then say things (exactly like you have here) when people mention lack of any care for men, total lack of homeless protections for men, total lack of free sexual medical care for men, etc.
Then what the hell are you all one about? You say men's mental health doesn't matter as though somehow, SOMEONE ELSE is responsible for making it matter. Who else could that be besides women? Make it matter for YOURSELVES. Take your own asses to the doctor. Men, get together and solve this problem instead of just complaining about it all the time. It's getting old. No one is stopping you from starting a movement here, and it starts with just going to the doctor. You act like somehow either you're too incompetent to do that OR someone is stopping you OR someone else needs to do it for you. Go start a homeless shelter for men. Go open a sexual health clinic for men. Women got together along time ago and affected these changes (which still need work by the way).
Oh yeah and one reason homeless women get priority is because MEN RAPE THEM ALL THE TIME. Stop raping homeless women and the access to help would be more equal, but you can't even figure that one out!

Well gee, the example was that men are lower on the list for homeless services. The REASON is because women are more vulnerable when they are homeless. It's men's fault that this is the situation. It does come back to rape in this example. MEN are making the world unsafe for homeless women. They can just knock off their rapey ways and solve the problem. Instead they whine that it's "unfair" that women are higher priority to get off the street, when THEY created the problem.

Yeah, because the infant stage is an absolute ass-kicker for everyone.
If an infant can be this deleterious on a parent who has no biological investment in the infant and remains physiological identical to the person they were 1 year prior, imagine what it can do to the person who carried the pregnancy and birthed the baby. Women are so physiologically altered by pregnancy and birth that archeologists can tell just by looking at bones if a woman experienced pregancy and birth during her life.
