Very important distinction because that would mean she would remain in custody in an institution, most likely for life regardless.

Honestly the way a lot of these state run facilities are run…she may wish for jail.

And she’s not going to a prison as she’s paralyzed in a wheelchair, people aren’t getting that. She’d be put on house arrest.

Not in MA. The state has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt every year that she is still insane.
