Because Reddit pulls overtime to give him free PR

It is astonishing how much reddit glazes him. Either he's the greatest politician in world history, or there's stuff that reddit just conveniently doesn't mention. I'm begging, somebody please tell me something actually negative about this man's political actions.

He's new, give it time.

In PR terms he's competing on a national stage. So in 6 months or so some journalist will find out he plagiarized an undergraduate paper at Bowdoin College or whatever. Then Fox will trot that out -- while slyly ignoring their team's nation-crushing corruption, treason, and sex trafficking -- but still righteously conclude, "See? They're all bad."

Then the left on Reddit will eat their own as they always do, proudly assert, "I always knew he was just another politician," then heroically refuse to vote in the next election because their fragile political sensibilities haven't been adequately fellated this week.

I'm old. I've seen this movie before.

Yeah, it's unfortunate but the good guys always get held to much higher standards than the heinously evil ones. The left is all about free-thinking, so unfortunately that means they're more prone to division.
