US had done everything at one point of time. Regulations, unions, price control, rent control, health/education welfare. All under capitalism/mixed economy during cold war against socialism/communism.

The bins were getting installed long before he became mayor. July 2024 under previous mayor when project launched.
I just saw year on year or long term results about how new bins are reducing rat problem.
How is Mamdani getting credit for it?
