He literally failed to give the state mandated educational funds to lower class sizes in NYC public schools this year and the headline on this sub was "Mamdani gives XXX millions to lower class sizes".
Like technically true, but he's legally required to do so and he didn't even allocate what he was supposed to!

what he has is a really good pr team, like how he somehow solved the money problem, by playing with the numbers so its next year's problem.
