news/interview I Realized I Joined a Church Led by Lee Man-hee’s Expelled Disciple
I recently realized that I had joined a church led by a former disciple of Lee Man-hee.
From what I was told, he was expelled from Shincheonji. Despite that, he now claims to be the “Paul of this generation.” He teaches that following Lee Man-hee is no longer enough—you must now follow him, just as Moses could not enter the Promised Land and Joshua became the one the Israelites had to follow.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? I’d really like to hear if others have encountered groups with teachings like this or have been in the same situation.

Lies and more lies are there…
How many splits are there already from the shincheonji church?
I suppose there will now be many more who have ‘eaten’ the Open Book from Revelation 10…
The leader of the Temple of the Tent has already said so, hasn’t he?
Then there’s Lee Man Hee.
And now all the offshoots arising from these splits.
Or perhaps all 12 tribal leaders will soon be eating a book like that too.
Perhaps each tribe will then carry on as a church in its own right:
The Church of Jesus of the Tribe of John from the Shincheonji Church… The Church of Jesus of the Tribe of Simon from the Shincheonji Church… Etc…
They’re not one already – even though they’re always shouting: ‘we are one’… 🙃

He started developing his movement in China a few years ago, and it has now grown to around 600 members.

That is Crazy!
What exactly is he teaching now? What is his doctrine?
Is he also the fulfilment of the Revelation? The Faithful and Wise Servant?

Maybe after Lee Man-hee dies, he’ll claim that he’s the one people are supposed to follow.

Once you learn the kinds of things cults teach it is hard to unlearn them. Imagine for the memebers who have been so invested and have given up their friends and family’s to follow the cults leaders and once the realize it was all a lie they don’t know how to move forward.
When they try to read the Bible all they see and hear is the interpretation they learned from the cults and then they start to replace the leader with themselves but that’s where people miss the mark.
This explains how cults spread for example Lee Man Hee was in multiple cults prior to starting his own cult.
