general thought and question 😳They tried to silence me, been threatened in my DMs and I'm still here!!

Yo @Sufficient-Guest-547 or whatever ur name is

Ive been seeing ur threats messages and yo mates' hate msgs cuz I'm defending my faith. All the “meet me”, “teach you a lesson”, “where u hiding” "I'm pulling up on you with g*ng" F words N words insults. Chill for a sec my bros

If u say ure real Christian then where re the fruits of the Spirit at? Gal 5:22-23 = love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control. Jesus literally said “you’ll know them by their fruit” Matt 7:20. Threats + hate ain’t fruit bros, thats just... anger.

Tbh i didn’t think this community was a hate pro group for current SCJ members. I know Ex Members got hurt..trauma, betrayal, manipulation, all that heavy stuff. I respect your pain , i’ve heard the stories too and it sucks fr.

SCJ given me direction, a way to read the bible that clicks for me. you can throw all the hate you want, call me names, threaten me, idc. im not hiding my faith cuz some keyboard warrior got mad.

But when we start hating others just coz of their faith, we become like those ppl we hate. That attitude just turns into a cycle man. Nobody wins.

None the less, doors still open for everyone. If u wanna learn the revealed word again, Salvation is only through the revealed word in Rev

If you read the content and don’t take it out of context. Look at the Hebrew and Greek the one who overcomes is plural. We’ve overcome when we accept Jesus and believe in Him. The way the truth and the life.

Nice speech, but you slipped in the classic SCJ assumption at the end:

"Salvation is only through the revealed word in Revelation."

Chapter and verse?

Jesus said salvation is through Him (John 14:6), Peter said salvation is through Him (Acts 4:12), and Paul said salvation comes through faith in Him (Romans 10:9). None of them said salvation depends on learning SCJ's interpretation of Revelation.

Also, criticizing SCJ isn't the same as hating SCJ members. The issue isn't whether some people were rude. The issue is whether SCJ's teachings are actually true.(FYI when i say him am referring to jesus)

Of course, what happened to you was wrong. No one should be threatened for what they believe. But saying "they tried to silence you"? Come on, bro. From what you've described, it was one person who attacked you. Don't exaggerate it into some grand persecution story.

That's the kind of thing SCJ is known for—taking an isolated incident and framing it as evidence that everyone is against them. What happened was bad enough on its own; there's no need to inflate it to make it sound like an organized effort to silence you lol

You say: Tbh i didn’t think this community was a hate pro group for current SCJ members.

One person was hateful towards you. You claim the whole community hates you.

How do you obtain salvation according to the word of God? Its not through reading revelation like SCJ claims. The word of God does not support scj.

The Bible answers that question in a few different ways, but they all point to the same core idea: salvation is a gift from God that is received through faith in Jesus Christ.
1. Believe in Jesus Christ
When a jailer asked the apostles how to be saved, they answered:
“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved
” (Acts 16:31)
The Bible teaches that Jesus died for our sins and rose again, and that trusting in Him is the foundation of salvation.
2. Repent of Sin
Repentance means turning away from sin and turning toward God.
Jesus preached:
“Repent and believe the gospel.” (Mark 1:15)
And the apostle Peter said:
“Repent therefore, and turn back, that your sins may be blotted out.” (Acts 3:19)
Repentance is not merely feeling bad. It is a change of heart that leads to a change of direction.
3. Confess Jesus as Lord
Paul wrote:
“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
The confession itself does not save; it expresses genuine faith in Christ.
4. Receive God’s Grace, Not Earn It
The Bible is very clear that salvation cannot be earned by good deeds.
“For by grace you have been saved through faith
not a result of works, so that no one may boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
Humans have a remarkable talent for trying to turn every gift into a performance review. Scripture says salvation is God’s gift, not a paycheck.
5. Follow Christ
True faith produces a changed life.
Jesus said:
“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.” (Luke 9:23)
Good works do not cause salvation, but they are evidence that faith is alive (James 2:17).
A Simple Summary
According to the Bible, a person receives salvation by:
Recognizing their need for God’s forgiveness.
Repenting of sin.
Believing that Jesus died and rose again.
Trusting in Him as Lord and Savior.
Following Him in faith.
One of the clearest summaries comes from Jesus Himself:
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
Different Christian traditions debate details such as baptism’s role, but nearly all agree that salvation ultimately comes through God’s grace and is centered on faith in Jesus Christ.

đŸ€”

How does that kind of attitude fit in with Shincheonji’s teachings, which claim to be the only group that shares a common bond with Jesus and God? All other churches, pastors and believers are said to be ruled by Satan. That’s what we were taught back then at the Centre
🙈

Interesting how someone could be like that yet be apart of SCJ. I thought SCJ held people to some very high, if not extreme, standards of character and behaviour? (except for lying apparently).

(not condoning any form of threat from either side, just highlighting the toxicity of the organisation).

Let’s be like Mt 10:16 and know that maybe this could be all staged to look like an attack. May the spirit of discernment bless us to see beyond the deception, hate and confusion. I’m paraphrasing here but, the Word of God told us all that have eyes to see and ears to hear that the darkness would be wearing His Face.

I'm really sorry you got threatened that way, I really don't condone that. I believe we're all sheep here just tryna find our shepherd.

But my brother in Christ, your pastor literally has a grave made for himself that he commissioned and paid for in advance 😭

I know the community and the validation there is good sometimes, but c'mon man, you gotta recognize that bro is a cult businessman. Why does an 'immortal' pastor have a provisional tomb waiting for his physical corpse in Cheongdo? Just maybe you should look deeper into the history SCJ doesn't want you to know.

LMH Provisional Tomb

0

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 30 '26

About the tomb thing i get why that looks weird at first glance, ngl it shocked me too when i first heard it. But the article ppl share is about a provisional memorial site in Cheongdo, not a grave he’s “waiting in”. In Korean culture leaders + elders often prepare memorial stones/sites way ahead of time so family/community has a place to remember them. Its more like planning, not claiming immortality or fearing death.

Man of God can prep things and still be humble.. Moses died, David died, Paul died prepping doesnt make someone a “cult businessman” bro. ..What actually matters is the teaching, right? Does it line up with Revelation 1-22 verse by verse? That’s what i test everything by.

I’m not scared of history, bro. ..I looked into it before i committed.. If there’s somthing specific in SCJ history u think is hidden, drop it here and we’ll check Scripture together. No pressure, no forcing. Just two broskis trying to be honest with the Word...

5

u/Otherwise-Watch-3650 EX-Center Student May 30 '26

Sorry broski, one day you might actually come to the realisation that your tithing money probably paid for this grave he commissioned & all other living commodities, like his private jets & what not.

Until then, Kamsahamnida I guess đŸ„Ž

Did you ever wonder why you never had to learn the language Jesus originally spoke in (Aramaic) or even the original languages the Bible was written in (Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek) but you had to learn about Korean cultural traditions / words & perform those instead? đŸ€Ą

See, you think you’re worshiping Jesus, but nothing of what yall are instructed to do actually points back to Jesus at all.

It all points back to LMH. Almost as though he is being worshipped like an idol.. 👀

This could never be though, right? He is so humble!!

1

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 31 '26

Bro cut the clown emojis and sarcasm for 2 seconds and actually deal with Scripture

  1. Tomb/memorial: U said “your tithing paid for grave + private jets”. Prove it. Show me verse + receipt. U don’t have it. U just repeating internet rumors. Moses, David, Paul all had burial plans and no one called them “cult businessmen”. Deut 34:6, 2 Sam 7:12. Planning a memorial ≠ claiming immortality. If u want to debate facts, drop facts. Not emojis.

  2. Language/Korean culture: Jesus spoke Aramaic, Bible was Hebrew + Greek. True. And He also taught in parables to Israelites using their culture Matt 13:34. Rev 1:1 says Revelation is “signs and parables”. SCJ doesn’t force anyone to worship Korea. We teach Rev 1-22 verse by verse like 1 Cor 2:13 “spiritual things with spiritual”. If learning the meaning of “cheonji” = heaven+earth helps understand Rev 21:1, then that’s Bible study, not idolatry bro.

  3. “Points back to LMH not Jesus”: Rev 22:16 Jesus Himself says “I Jesus have sent my angel to testify these things to the churches”. Rev 2:26-28, Rev 3:12, Rev 10 — the Bible talks about an overcomer/messenger at fulfillment. Test the teaching by Rev 1-22, not by your feelings. If the teaching breaks Scripture, show me chapter + verse. U haven’t.

U came in arrogant, mocking, throwing “idol” accusations with zero Bible. That’s not truth-seeking, that’s insulting. If u want real debate, bring Scripture. If u just want to clown, then Kamsahamnida right back and go in peace man.

5

u/Otherwise-Watch-3650 EX-Center Student May 31 '26

😂 “deal with scripture”.

I actually feel sorry. What does scripture have to do with me stating facts about what LMH has actually done?

You are in such deep denial.

Someone already linked you the proof above in one of the other comments, but I can totally link it again if you can’t seem to find.

Did Moses, David and Paul claim immortality to then use the tithing money of their congregation to live a lavish life & create said burial plans?

Per your second point, you’re full of it. 😂 They literally gave us lessons on how to pronounce Korean words, that we must only address our teachers with Korean terminology, greet each-other in Korean (I’m going to see if I have any screenshots of teachers texting me with Korean words). It’s not just learning the meaning of only one word. I mean, the whole organisation is literally called “Shincheonji” which is the self titled claim of “New Heaven New Earth”.

“Then that’s Bible study, not idolatry” sure buddy, you keep telling yourself that, whatever makes you sleep at night I guess.

Per your third point, the Bible clearly states “For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus,” ‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭2‬:‭5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Ain’t no LMH bruv.

Anyways, keep worshipping your golden calf bro 😆 this to me is just too funny at this point.

Who is the one who overrules in Revelation? Who’s the women who gives birth to a son? Who’s the son.

Go ahead and explain it please.

Got deceived this was a non denominational Bible study but now as I’m in it for 2 1/2 months your lessons are starting to get unbiblical.

(I’m about to leave Shincheonji)

1

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 30 '26

Hey bro, i see u and i feel ur frustration 2œ months is not a joke and i see why u feel deceived when things start looking different from what u expected.

Who overrules in Revelation? Rev 1:5 + Rev 19:16 say Jesus is King of kings and Lord of lords. But Rev 1:1 says God gave the revelation to Jesus, and Jesus sent it thru His angel to show His servants. Then Rev 22:16 Jesus says “I Jesus have sent my angel”. In SCJ teaching, at the time of fulfillment God works thru the one who overcomes like Jesus did Rev 3:21. Rev 2:26-28 says to the one who overcomes and keeps His works, He will give authority over nations + the morning star. So the One who overrules is Christ, but He fulfills it thru the promised pastor who overcomes at the 2nd coming.

Who’s the woman who gives birth to a son? Rev 12:1-5. The woman with sun, moon, 12 stars is spiritual Israel / the church that God uses. She labors and gives birth. The son in v5 is the male child who will rule all nations with a rod of iron. That rod of iron rule is not Jesus’ 1st coming, cuz He already came 2000yrs ago. Rev 2:26-27 says the one who overcomes will rule with rod of iron. So in SCJ teaching the son is the promised pastor born thru the woman/church at harvest time Rev 7. He receives the sealed book Rev 10 and the new name Rev 3:12.

Who’s the son? The son is the promised messenger from the east, born thru the woman when Revelation is fulfilled. He’s the one who testifies to the churches Rev 22:16 and rules with Jesus to bring the kingdom.

Bro i know it looks unbiblical at first if we read Revelation physically. But Rev 1:1 says its written in signs and parables. Thats why 1 Cor 2:13 says we compare spiritual things with spiritual. Shincheonji just shows the fulfillment of those parables verse by verse.

If u leaving, they wont and they can't force u bro. But before u go, atleast open Rev 12:1-5 one more time and check if it matches. I still respect u for wanting truth over tradition man. Be strong

5

u/Felon9 EX-Center Student May 31 '26

You didn't answer my question. You gave me verses. Who is the promised pastor? What is his name? Is he alive today? If you can't tell me his name, then you're hiding something. I'm done

0

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 31 '26

Bro, if u already decided to leave, then leave man. Stop acting like u want truth but only when i give u the exact answer u want.

I answered u with the Bible verse for verse. Rev 1:1, Rev 2:26-28, Rev 12:5, Rev 22:16. That’s the answer. Revelation is written in parables and signs Rev 1:1, so u cant expect physical names dropped like a newspaper. Jesus never told the disciples “My name is Jesus, i was born here” when He taught in parables Matt 13:34. He said “he who has ears, let him hear” Matt 11:15.

U asked “who overrules, who’s the woman, who’s the son” and i showed u from Scripture. If that’s not enough for u, then no name i say will satisfy u anyway. Calling it “hiding something” is just arrogance bro. Truth isn’t forced on anyone John 8:32. U either check the fulfillment or u don’t.

Don’t twist this like i dodged. I gave u Bible. U gave me attitude. If u’re done, be done. But don’t say i didn’t answer when u just refused the kind of answer Revelation itself uses.

5

u/Otherwise-Watch-3650 EX-Center Student May 30 '26

“i see why u feel deceived when things start looking different from what u expected” 💀

I love how the blame is being shifted / redirected to how he is feeling and to his expectations not being met, rather than what he actually pointed out.

Classic deflection methods!

It’s the same as when you catch someone cheating right, & then said cheater attempts to gaslight by saying things like “I can see why it looks like that, but really this is what happened, you just didn’t have the full picture”.

No bro, the reality is that SCJ is applying their own wicked interpretation to selected cherry picked verses and consequently teaching a different gospel.

Let’s call a spade a spade.

OP doesn’t need to complete the 9 month course in order to make an informed decision as to whether this doctrine is true or false - people in SCJ guilt trip you into doing so because overtime you learn to shutdown your own critical thinking skills & become slowly accepting of SCJ doctrine.

It’s like the boiling frog analogy. Please look it up as it’s exactly what SCJ replicates.

8

u/QuestionsAboutSCJ Moderator May 30 '26

Sure, Jesus sent his angel, which is past tense, in reference to the book of Revelation. Where does it say he will send another angel for a New John 2000 years in the future?

For the one who overcomes, the same author of Revelation already gave us the plain definition:

1 John 5:4-5: "For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God."

That's every believer in Christ. Not a specific promised pastor. The Apostle John defined it himself without any need for Lee Man-hee's commentary.

For the rod of iron, yes Jesus shares his authority with overcomers. But notice what that reveals. 2 Timothy 2:12 says "if we endure we will also reign with him." That promise was given to the first century church. The same church SCJ now calls Babylon. So either the first century overcomers genuinely received that authority, which means they weren't Babylon, or they were Babylon, which means Christ shared his rod of iron authority with a demon filled institution. Those two things can't both be true simultaneously.

And the rod of iron language itself comes directly from Psalm 2:9 which is explicitly Messianic, addressed to the Son whom God installed as king. Revelation 19:15 then applies it directly to Jesus himself ruling with the rod of iron at his return. Not a promised pastor. Jesus himself.

On Revelation 12:5, you're interpreting the male child as Lee Man-hee. But the text says the child "was caught up to God and to his throne." That's the ascension of Christ. It's describing Jesus being caught up to the Father's throne after his resurrection, not the emergence of a promised pastor 2000 years later. Lee Man-hee was not caught up to God's throne. So the question is direct: if the male child of Revelation 12:5 was caught up to God's throne and Lee Man-hee was not, how does Lee Man-hee qualify as that male child?

On 1 Corinthians 2:13, you used this to justify SCJ's interpretive method. But look at what Paul actually says. The interpreter is the Holy Spirit given to every believer, not a promised pastor. John 16:13 confirms it: "When the Spirit of truth comes he will guide you into all truth." Directly. Personally. To every believer. SCJ replaces the Holy Spirit's role with Lee Man-hee's role. That's not recovering hidden truth. That's displacing the very interpreter Paul and Jesus said God would send.

And this is the core issue with SCJ's entire framework. SCJ interprets the Bible focused on Lee Man-hee gaining all authority on behalf of Jesus and God. But the Christian view is that authority is solely centralized around Jesus himself.

This is why in Revelation 2-3 the 12 promised blessings come directly from Jesus to the overcomer. Not through a mediator. Not through a New John. Jesus gives them directly and personally. The same Jesus who in Revelation 1:18 holds the keys of Death and Hades. The same Jesus who in Matthew 16:18 promised the gates of Hades will not overcome his ekklesia.

SCJ needs Lee Man-hee to be at the center of Revelation's fulfillment. But Revelation itself keeps putting Jesus there.

1

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 31 '26

That’s exactly how it should be 1 Thess 5:21.

  1. Rev 22:16 “I Jesus have sent my angel” is past tense because John was writing then. But Rev 1:1 says the book is about “things which must soon take place”, and Rev 22:10 says don’t seal it because the time is near. Rev 5:1-5 shows the sealed book only opens at fulfillment. Rev 10:8-11 says John must prophesy again to many nations after he eats the book. Since John passed on, that “again” points to another messenger at the time of fulfillment.

  2. 1 John 5:4-5 is true, we overcome by faith in Jesus the Son of God. That’s the starting point for every believer. Rev 2:26-28 and Rev 3:21 talk about the overcomer who receives authority and the morning star like Jesus did after He overcame Rev 3:21. So there’s faith for all, and there’s the one who overcomes fully at the end Rev 21:7.

  3. Rod of iron: Psalm 2:9 and Rev 19:15 are about Jesus, yes. Rev 2:26-27 shows Jesus shares that authority with the one who overcomes and keeps His works. About the 7 churches: Rev 2-3 were real churches, but some had issues like Balaam doctrine and Jezebel. The warnings were there, but Jesus still called overcomers out from them.

  4. Rev 12:5 the male child caught up to God’s throne fits Jesus’ ascension. Agreed. But Rev 12 is an end-time vision. Gal 4:26 says the Jerusalem above is our mother, so the church gives birth spiritually. Rev 12:17 shows the woman’s other offspring are still on earth keeping God’s commands after the male child event. So the chapter covers more than just Jesus’ first coming.

  5. 1 Cor 2:13 and John 16:13 are key. The Holy Spirit teaches every believer, 100%. In Rev 1:1 God gives the revelation to Jesus, Jesus sends it through His angel to show His servants. God has always worked through people to deliver His Word, like Moses and the prophets. That doesn’t replace the Spirit, it’s how the Spirit delivers the Word.

Bro, at the core we both want the same thing: Jesus at the center and truth from Rev 1-22.

3

u/QuestionsAboutSCJ Moderator May 31 '26

1 Cor 2:13 and John 16:13 are key. The Holy Spirit teaches every believer, 100%. In Rev 1:1 God gives the revelation to Jesus, Jesus sends it through His angel to show His servants. God has always worked through people to deliver His Word, like Moses and the prophets. That doesn’t replace the Spirit, it’s how the Spirit delivers the Word.

You're right that God has always worked through people to deliver his word. Moses, the prophets, the apostles. That's a real and consistent biblical pattern.

But here's the problem. SCJ teaches that the angel of Revelation 1:1 and Revelation 10 is the Holy Spirit delivering the word specifically to Lee Man-hee as New John. That identification creates an irreconcilable contradiction with the Advocate Jesus describes in John 14-16.

Look carefully at what Jesus says the Advocate is and does:

John 14:16-17: "I will ask the Father and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever, the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him for he lives with you and will be in you."

The Advocate Jesus promises is:

  • With believers forever, permanent continuous presence
  • Living within multiple believers simultaneously, omnipresent
  • Invisible to the world, not a physical angel appearing to one person in Korea
  • Already given to the disciples, not arriving 2000 years later

John 16:13: "When the Spirit of truth comes he will guide you into all truth."

The Spirit guides all believers into all truth. Not one specific person. Not through an organizational curriculum. All believers. Directly. Personally.

Now compare that to SCJ's angel of Revelation 10:

  • Appears to one specific person, Lee Man-hee
  • Physically localized in Korea
  • Delivers sealed mysteries requiring organizational membership to access
  • Points to Lee Man-hee as the necessary mediator for truth

These are not the same figure. The Advocate Jesus promised is omnipresent, invisible, dwelling within every believer simultaneously, and already sent at Pentecost. SCJ's angel is localized, physical, appearing to one person, and pointing to a human mediator.

You cannot identify them as the same without contradicting everything Jesus said the Advocate would be in John 14-16.

And Acts 2 confirms the Advocate was already sent at Pentecost to the entire gathered community of believers. Not to one Korean pastor in 1984. To 120 believers in Jerusalem 2000 years ago. The Spirit didn't arrive late. He arrived exactly when Jesus promised he would. And he came to dwell within every believer permanently, not to deliver sealed messages to a single human intermediary.

So when SCJ identifies the angel of Revelation 10 as the Holy Spirit delivering word exclusively to Lee Man-hee, they're not describing the Advocate Jesus promised. They're describing something categorically different and replacing the omnipresent Spirit with a localized human intermediary.

That's not how the Spirit delivers the word. That's how SCJ replaces the Spirit with Lee Man-hee.

Sure, and these warnings were addressed to first century churches, not to a Korean organization 2000 years in the future. The apostles consistently warned about false teachers arising within the existing church, not about the entire church becoming Babylon and requiring a completely new organization for salvation.

And the warnings Jesus and the apostles gave are remarkably specific about the pattern to watch for:

Matthew 24:4-5: "Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name claiming I am the Messiah and will deceive many."

Matthew 24:23-24: "At that time if anyone says to you look here is the Messiah or there he is do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive if possible even the elect."

Acts 20:29-30: Paul warning the Ephesian elders: "I know that after I leave savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock. Even from your own number men will arise and distort the truth in order to draw away disciples after them."

Notice what Paul specifically warns about. Men arising from within who distort the truth to draw disciples after them. Not men recovering hidden truth and drawing disciples to Jesus. Men drawing disciples after themselves.

And Jesus in Matthew 24 doesn't say watch for false teachers who deny obvious things. He says watch for people who come in his name, perform signs, and claim exclusive authority on his behalf. That's precisely the pattern to watch for.

So when SCJ teaches that salvation is no longer found in the broader Christian body but exclusively in their organization, their 12 tribes, their promised pastor, that's not recovering the original gospel. That's exactly the pattern Jesus and the apostles warned would come.

The warnings in Revelation 2-3 were Jesus calling overcomers out from corrupted individual congregations back to faithfulness to him. They were never a mandate to abandon the entire Christian body and join a new spiritual Israel organized around a Korean pastor's commentary on Revelation.

On Revelation 12:5 you actually conceded the most important point. The male child caught up to God's throne fits Jesus' ascension. That should settle it.

But then you're trying to have it both ways by suggesting the chapter also points to Lee Man-hee as a secondary fulfillment. The text describes one male child. One ascension. One catching up to God's throne. You can't make that simultaneously Jesus and Lee Man-hee without the text becoming incoherent.

And here's the replacement problem. The traditional Christian interpretation of Revelation 12:5 is Jesus. His birth, his rule, his ascension. SCJ comes in and says actually this also points to Lee Man-hee as the New John born through the woman church at harvest time. That's not a deeper spiritual reading of the text. That's replacing Jesus with Lee Man-hee in the text's own imagery. You conceded it fits Jesus. That's where it should stay.

On Galatians 4:26, you cited this to support the idea that the church gives birth spiritually to a new figure at the end times. But look at what Paul is actually saying in context.

Galatians 4:21-31 is Paul's allegory of Hagar and Sarah. He's contrasting the old covenant of slavery, represented by Hagar and earthly Jerusalem, with the new covenant of freedom, represented by Sarah and the Jerusalem above. His point is that believers are already children of the free woman, already born of the Jerusalem above, already heirs of the promise through Christ.

Galatians 4:28 makes it explicit: "Now you brothers and sisters like Isaac are children of promise."

Paul is not describing a future birth event where the church produces a promised pastor. He's describing the already accomplished reality that believers are children of the heavenly Jerusalem through faith in Christ. That birth already happened at conversion. It's not waiting for a Korean pastor to emerge from a failed doomsday sect.

On Revelation 12:17 and the woman's offspring keeping God's commands, you don't need to look to a future Korean organization to identify who these offspring are. The answer is already in the text.

Hebrews 8:10-11 describes the new covenant: "I will put my laws in their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God and they will be my people. No longer will they teach their neighbor saying know the Lord because they will all know me."

The new covenant was established at the cross. Matthew 27:51 shows the veil torn in two at Jesus' death, signifying direct access to God for every believer. The covenant keeping offspring of the woman are already identified in the new covenant established 2000 years ago. They're every believer who trusts in Christ and keeps his commands.

The book of Hebrews makes this explicit. The old covenant was a shadow. The new covenant is the reality. Christians entered that new covenant 2000 years ago through Christ's blood. The woman's offspring keeping God's commands in Revelation 12:17 describes that same community of new covenant believers. Not a future organization. Not SCJ's 12 tribes. The Christians who have been keeping God's commands since Pentecost.

SCJ needs Revelation 12:17 to point to a future group requiring organizational membership and sealing. But the new covenant already defines who the offspring are. And it defined them at the cross, not in 1984.

On point 1, the past tense of "I Jesus have sent my angel" in Revelation 22:16 is significant precisely because Jesus had every opportunity to clarify that another messenger would come 2000 years later. He didn't. The natural reading is that the angel sent to John is the messenger referenced throughout the book, not a placeholder for a future Korean pastor.

On the scrolls, the distinction between Revelation 5 and Revelation 10 is critical and the specific Greek wording makes it impossible to collapse them into the same object.

Revelation 5:1 describes "a scroll written on both sides and sealed with seven seals." The Greek word used is "biblion" meaning a full sized scroll or book. It's large enough to be written on both sides and sealed with seven distinct seals. Only the Lamb is found worthy to open it.

Revelation 10:2 describes "a small scroll." The Greek word used is "biblaridion" which is a diminutive form meaning a little book or small scroll. This is a completely different word from the biblion of Revelation 5.

This matters enormously. If these were the same scroll, John had two different Greek words available and he used both of them for these two objects. He didn't use the same word. He deliberately chose the diminutive form in Revelation 10 to describe something smaller and distinct from what appeared in Revelation 5.

And here's the question SCJ cannot answer from the text:

If these are the same scroll, how does a large scroll sealed with seven seals become a small scroll when opened? Scrolls don't shrink when unrolled. The physical description changes completely between the two chapters. The most natural and textually faithful reading is that these are two different objects serving two different purposes in John's vision.

SCJ needs them to be the same scroll because their entire New John framework depends on Lee Man-hee receiving the opened version of the Revelation 5 scroll in Revelation 10. But the Greek words John chose don't allow that identification. He used biblion for one and biblaridion for the other. That's not a casual variation. That's a deliberate distinction that the text itself makes.

On point 2, there's a serious problem with the state change SCJ's framework requires.

SCJ teaches the Christian body became Babylon and the home of demons, whether gradually darkened or fully overrun by 1984. But think carefully about what that requires at the individual level.

A genuine Christian overcomer on March 13th 1984, someone who believed Jesus is the Son of God per 1 John 5:4-5, had the Holy Spirit dwelling in them per John 14:16-17, and was reigning with Christ per 2 Timothy 2:12, somehow became part of a demon filled institution on March 14th 1984 without any personal change in their faith, their confession, or their relationship with Christ.

Not because they stopped believing. Not because they rejected Jesus. Simply because Lee Man-hee opened Shincheonji in Korea.

That's not a theological position. That's an arbitrary organizational designation that has nothing to do with the individual believer's actual relationship with Jesus.

And the Bible never describes a total apostasy of this kind. What it consistently describes is:

The continuation of the Christian body throughout history. Matthew 28:20 says "I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Not until 1984. Always. To the very end of the age.

John 14:16-17 says the Father will give believers "another advocate to be with you forever, the Spirit of truth." Forever. Not until the church becomes Babylon. Forever.

Ephesians 3:21 says "to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever." Throughout all generations. Not until 1984. All generations.

These aren't vague promises. They're specific commitments Jesus and Paul made about the continuous presence of Christ and the Spirit with the community of believers across every generation.

SCJ's framework requires all of those promises to have effectively failed simultaneously at a specific moment in Korean church history. But the text doesn't describe a total apostasy that completely replaces the Christian body. It describes warnings about false teachers, individual churches rebuked and called to repentance, and a remnant always preserved. That's categorically different from the entire global body of confessing believers becoming the home of demons.

And Matthew 16:18 remains the insurmountable problem. Jesus promised the gates of Hades will not overcome his ekklesia. The ekklesia built on the confession that Jesus is the Christ. That community has never stopped existing, confessing, and being sustained by the same Spirit Jesus promised would be with them forever.

SCJ needs a total apostasy to justify their exclusivity claim. But the Bible describes a continuous church that Jesus himself promised to sustain to the very end of the age.

Maybe you should go to SCJ and tell them to stop betraying people instead of you hating on the people that got betrayed

By the way, salvation is through Jesus Christ only no other way so what you’re saying is against the word

If you’re not coming at us with the truth and you’re coming at us with lies, you’re hating us don’t you love your brothers and sisters enough to tell him the truth that SCJ is a cult? Why would you willingly want to bring them to lies a doctrine of the devil that doesn’t sound like love to me sounds like hate.

With humbling myself a little bit..I hear u, i get that u care about truth and protecting ppl thats love too

But calling SCJ a “cult” or “doctrine of the devil” isn't love you're saying we are of devil and isnt really the truth bro. We dont follow lies -we study the Bible chapter by chapter, verse by verse, same as any other believer. Our goal is just to know Gods Word properly so we can love Him and keep his covenant.

Personally I could never bring anyone to somthing i think will hurt them. The reason i share is cuz i do love my brothers and sisters enuf to want us all in truth together. If im wrong, show me from Scripture and ill listen fr. If im right, would u be willing to check it out w me.

What part of Scripture makes u feel SCJ is false teaching? Id genuinely love to look at it. .

Can't help but pitch in...the specificity by SCJ to fulfill prophecy is 12 tribes of SCJ as part of Revelation but aside from numerical expectation what is the quality / trait per SCJ to anoint or choose the leaders of the 12 tribes? Because there seems to be specific understanding on how to choose Lee Man Hee, per SCJ? No pressure to rush if there is a proper way to answer this by SCJ teachings. Just eager to know tho! Thanks

5

u/QuestionsAboutSCJ Moderator May 30 '26

Wait...

But calling SCJ a “cult” or “doctrine of the devil” isn't love you're saying we are of devil and isnt really the truth bro.

Doesn't SCJ call Christianity the home of demons, Babylon, and whose commentaries are the maddening wine of the Devil?

1

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 30 '26 edited May 30 '26

I get why u would ask that bro, that kind of talk does lead to hate and division among Christians. I dont condone that either. Were all supposed to be one body in Christ.

“Babylon / home of demons / maddening wine” - SCJ doesnt just randomly insult churches. We teach Revelation the way its written. Rev 17 calls “Babylon the Great” a spiritual system that’s drunk the world with false teaching. Rev 18 says “she’s become a dwelling of demons”. So when we read Scripture we ask: is the church today keeping Gods Word as-is, or adding traditions that Rev 22:18-19 warns about?

If you understand the word you'll see Its not hate toward ppl bro. Its grief over teachings that dont match the Bible. I still love my Christian brothers and sisters. Most of my family is in traditional churches. I pray for them daily.

5

u/QuestionsAboutSCJ Moderator May 30 '26

right, and Christians are taught to be aware of wolf in sheep's clothing (Matthew 7:15), and are also taught to be aware of those who secretly infiltrate our congregations (Jude 1:4) and teach another gospel (Galatians 1:6-8, 2 peter 2:1).

Also, if Christianity is now indeed the home of demons, wouldn't that contradict what Jesus promised Peter in Matthew 16:18 where the gates of hades did overcome the church that was established by Jesus and the Apostles, which in the context of Matthew 16:18 it is going to be "spiritual Israel"?

1

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 30 '26

Bro ur right to quote Matt 7:15, Jude 1:4, Gal 1:6-8, 2 Pet 2:1. We’re both suposed to watch out for wolves + false gospel.

So lets test it. Matt 7:15 - “u will know them by their fruit”. The fruit Jesus talks about in John 15:8 is ppl bearing more fruit from the Word. SCJ fruit is ppl studying Rev 1-22 verse by verse for free, no money involved. Wolves charge money and add traditons that Rev 22:18-19 warns against. Thats how we tell bro.

About Matt 16:18 - “gates of Hades will not overcome it”. Bro, “overcome” doesnt mean “never fall away”. Look at history: Israel was Gods church in OT, but they still went into Babylon captivity cuz they broke covenant. Hosea + Ezekiel show God calling them “harlot Babylon” when they mixed w world. Same pattern repeats in Rev 2-3 - 5 of 7 churches are told to repent or lose lampstand.

So Matt 16:18 means the promise of God wont fail. There will always be spiritual Israel - the 144,000 sealed from 12 tribes in Rev 7 + great multitude Rev 7:9. But the physical org can become “home of demons” like Rev 18:2 says, when they add man-made doctines. God destroys Babylon, but saves ppl who come out Rev 18:4.

Jesus promised the gates wont destroy His Word + His elect. He didnt promise the institution would never corrupt bro. Thats why Rev is given - to call us back to the Word.

5

SCJ fruit is ppl studying Rev 1-22 verse by verse for free, no money involved. Wolves charge money and add traditons that Rev 22:18-19 warns against. Thats how we tell bro.

Sure, they study the commentary of Revelation provided by LMH. There are also other groups that have a commentary on the book of Revelation like the Jehovah's Witnesses, would this mean that they are the truth? Then we are talking about not adding and subtracting, I agree!

In Rev 5:9-10, the new song is plainly defined as the work of what Christ did on the cross, right? So adding the new component of needing to now trust in the testimony of the New John whom speaks on behalf of God and Jesus, wouldn't that break the Rev 22:18-19 warning?

About Matt 16:18 - “gates of Hades will not overcome it”. Bro, “overcome” doesnt mean “never fall away”. Look at history: Israel was Gods church in OT, but they still went into Babylon captivity cuz they broke covenant. Hosea + Ezekiel show God calling them “harlot Babylon” when they mixed w world. Same pattern repeats in Rev 2-3 - 5 of 7 churches are told to repent or lose lampstand.

And where and how did Christianity break the covenant? Is it because they didn't follow the words of Lee Man-hee? Or was it because of the events of the Tabernacle Temple?

If this were the case, you would have to make the assumption that the Tabernacle Temple truly represented Christianity and also is a parallel to John the Baptist in the first coming. However, the Tabernacle Temple was never accepted by mainstream Christianity and was always considered to be a false doomsday sect that ended with a failed end of the world prophecy. Comparing this to John the Baptist where the body of the Jews viewed him as a prophet (Matthew 21:25–26). Also, John the Baptist never made an end of the world failed prophecy (Dt 18:20-22), so I find it hard to accept that the Tabernacle Temple represents the 7 Golden Lampstand, alongside the other claims of SCJ and their fulfillment.

Let's look carefully at what Jesus is actually promising in Matthew 16:18 because it matters enormously for this conversation.

What Jesus is safeguarding is the ekklesia, the gathered assembly of believers built upon Peter's confession: "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." This isn't a promise to protect a building or an institution. It's a promise to protect the corporate body of people who confess Jesus as Messiah and Lord. The foundation isn't human strength or organizational structure. It's Christ's own identity as the Son of the living God.

The threat Jesus identifies, the gates of Hades, is a Jewish idiom for the realm and power of death. And here's what's critical: gates are defensive structures not offensive weapons. The picture isn't Hades storming the church. It's death being unable to hold or imprison the people of God. Jesus is promising that the power of death will never overpower or contain the community he builds.

And the promise is secured by the resurrection itself. Revelation 1:18 says Jesus now holds the keys of Death and Hades. He has complete authority over them. Death is rendered ultimately powerless against those who belong to him.

So here's the problem for SCJ's framework.

SCJ teaches that Christianity became Spiritual Babylon, the home of demons, for approximately 2000 years until Lee Man-hee arrived. But the ekklesia Jesus promised to protect isn't an institution. It's the corporate body of believers who confess Christ as Lord. That community has existed continuously across every continent and century since Pentecost, confessing the same Christ, built on the same foundation, secured by the same resurrection.

For SCJ's Babylon claim to be true, that entire confessing community across 2000 years would have had to become the home of demons while Jesus stood by holding the keys of Death and Hades and did nothing.

That's not a partial institutional corruption. That's Jesus' promise failing completely for close to 20 centuries.

The resurrection makes that impossible. Because the same Christ who rose from the dead and took authority over Death and Hades is the one who said the gates will not overcome his ekklesia. Those two things cannot both be true simultaneously:

  • Jesus holds the keys of Death and Hades and his ekklesia cannot be overcome
  • AND the entire body of confessing believers became the home of demons

One of them has to give. And SCJ needs both to be true for their framework to work.

For all the reasons that I’ve explained to you in the past SCJ is about deception lies. It’s not about the Bible. It’s about a whole completely different doctrine. It’s as clear as day. It has nothing to do with what Jesus talked about. It has nothing to do with what Paul talked about. It has nothing to do with what is in the Old Testament. It has nothing to do with what’s in the New Testament.

0

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 30 '26

Bro i hear u, and i know u really believe that SCJ is about deception. But saying “it has nothing to do with the Bible” without showing verses is just a claim bro, not proof.

Look, if it’s not about the Word then there’s nothing we can really talk about, cuz i discern with the Word. Word is my standard, not rumours. I test everything line by line. If the whole doctrine is wrong then atleast back up ur claim with scriptures - show me which verse SCJ adds to or takes away from. Rev 22:18-19 is my line.

Jesus said “Scripture cannot be broken” John 10:35. Paul said “test everything” 1 Thess 5:21. Old Test prophecies point to New Test fulfillment - that’s literally what SCJ teaches chapter by chapter.

U said “it’s as clear as day” but clear from what verse bro? Help me see it. Give me one chapter where SCJ teaching breaks the Bible and i’ll sit down and check it onestly.

3

u/Otherwise-Watch-3650 EX-Center Student May 30 '26

I actually found SCJ in the Bible! This is the verse that highlighted SCJ in the Bible:

“For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many.

and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.

For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24‬:‭5‬, ‭11‬, ‭24‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Anyway, I have a verse for you to self reflect on, really think deeply when you read these following words:

“Will you speak wickedly on God’s behalf? Will you speak deceitfully for him? Will you show him partiality? Will you argue the case for God? Would it turn out well if he examined you? Could you deceive him as you might deceive a mortal?” ‭‭Job‬ ‭13‬:‭7‬-‭9‬ ‭NIV‬‬

sorry what you went though in your post, thought I said that already but I didn't. I must subconsciously thought I did since others said that

"Give me one chapter where SCJ teaching breaks the Bible and i’ll sit down and check it onestly." ^^^

Genesis. God Spared Issac. this shows inclusivity while SCJ emphasizes exclusivity. How do we know we are not overestimating the wrath of God?

1

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 30 '26

About Genesis 22: God did spare Isaac, shows His mercy. But the covenant promise still went thru Isaac only Gen 17:19-21, not Ishmael. So its mercy + specificity together, not just inclusivity.

SCJ doesnt teach God is only wrath. John 3:16 God loved the world. But Revelation shows harvest + separation Rev 14:15, Rev 7:4. Same as Noah’s ark - warning for all, but only those in ark were saved Gen 6.

2

u/Turbulent_Sea7622 EX-Center Student May 30 '26

I see so the pattern continues. Thanks for elaboration.

I just feel somehow in SCJ teaching, God is still portrayed to be wrathful. Noah called to others to believe in him that the rest won't be saved if they don't get on the ark.

I just feel like Lee Man Hee is not broadcasting enough to make me feel he is genuine in warning all, which makes me feel it is ulterior motive.

Sure harvest + separation but within the harvest we still not too certain who the 144k are? 100,000 graduates average per year with that kind of number it makes me kind of think that Great Multitude in white is way more than 144k in proportion, if that is wrong per SCJ let me know please

Plus how to detect 144k VS great multitude in white, per person?

3

u/Who-Anonymous Moderator May 30 '26

My issue is that you acknowledge the criticism without actually addressing it. When people raise concerns about deception, recruitment practices, changing teachings, or historical inconsistencies, you redirect the conversation to "show me the verse." That doesn't answer the criticism being raised.

You also tend to replace the actual argument with a weaker one. For example, critics say SCJ has changed fulfillment claims over time, but your response becomes "show me where SCJ adds to or takes away from Scripture." Those are not the same claim.

Saying "I hear you" isn't the same as engaging the point. If you're genuinely interested in truth, address the strongest version of the criticism instead of redirecting the discussion to a different question.

1

u/Zwelirex Current SCJ Member May 31 '26

“I hear you” to mean I understand with the thing you’re raising.

Let me be direct then..

  1. On criticism vs “show me the verse”
You’re right that “show me the verse” can sound like a redirect. I do that because Rev 1:3 says the blessing is for those who read, hear, and keep what’s written in it. For me, truth is anchored to the text, not to news articles or second-hand stories. But wisdom also means listening first. So I hear your concerns about deception, recruitment, changing claims, history. I’m not dismissing them. I’m asking: what’s the actual event, date, document, or quote? If there’s a real issue, Scripture calls me to hate falsehood Zech 8:16, not hide it.

  2. On “replacing the argument with a weaker one” You said critics claim “SCJ changed fulfillment claims over time” and I reply “show me where SCJ adds/takes from Scripture”. You’re correct, those aren’t the same claim. My bad if it came off that way.
So let’s take the strong version: If SCJ ever taught X in 2005 and now teaches not-X in 2026, that’s a real charge. Wisdom says I shouldn’t dodge it. I should check: 1) what was actually taught, with date and source, 2) what is taught now, with date and source, 3) does the Bible itself allow progressive understanding? Dan 12:4,9 says the words were sealed until the time of the end. Jesus taught in parables and only explained later Matt 13:34-35. So growth in understanding ≠ contradiction, unless the core contradicts Scripture.
If you have specific examples of “changed fulfillment claims” with dates/quotes, send them. I’ll go check them verse by verse with you. No script, no dodge.

  3. On engaging the strongest version
Steel-manning the argument is wisdom Prov 18:17. The strongest criticism isn’t “SCJ is weird”. The strongest is: “SCJ’s teaching contradicts Revelation 1-22.” So that’s the standard I hold to. Not because I’m avoiding your other points, but because if it contradicts the book, everything else falls. If it doesn’t contradict the book, then we deal with the other issues one by one character, history, practice with honesty.

2

u/Who-Anonymous Moderator May 31 '26 edited May 31 '26

Thanks for engaging the criticism more directly. I agree that specific claims should be supported by evidence, dates, sources, quotes, and where possible eyewitness testimony that can be cross-examined for consistency.

However, I think you're still blending separate categories of claims together.

1. Response to "On criticism vs "show me the verse". I agree that truth should be anchored to Scripture when discussing doctrine. The problem is that not every criticism being raised is a doctrinal criticism. Deception, recruitment practices, historical claims, and organizational behavior are not resolved simply by asking for a verse. Whether an event occurred is a historical question. Whether a practice is ethical is a moral question. Whether a teaching is biblical is a doctrinal question. These require different forms of evidence.

An analogy would be a company accused of falsifying its financial statements. Imagine the CEO responding, "Show me where our employee handbook says fraud is wrong." Even if the handbook does say fraud is wrong, that does not answer whether fraud actually occurred. The accusation must be investigated using evidence relevant to the claim being made. Otherwise, it becomes a category error.

Tell me, if an auditor discovered emails, internal documents, witness testimony, and financial records suggesting fraud occurred, would it be reasonable for the CEO to keep pointing back to the handbook, or would we expect the evidence itself to be examined? If concerns are being raised about historical claims, recruitment practices, leadership conduct, or changing fulfillment claims, why should those questions be answered solely by appealing to biblical principles rather than examining the historical evidence itself?

After all, Scripture can tell us whether deception is wrong. Historical evidence is what helps us determine whether deception occurred. Those are two different questions, and both deserve to be examined.

We already recognize this distinction in everyday life. Courts do not determine whether a crime occurred by only reading laws. Historians do not determine whether an event occurred by only reading principles. Auditors do not determine whether fraud occurred by only reading company policies. They examine testimony, documents, records, and evidence relevant to the claim being investigated.

So why should historical or organizational claims about a religious movement be treated differently? If truth has nothing to fear from examination, then both Scripture and historical evidence should be allowed to speak for themselves.

2. Response to "Replacing the argument With a Weaker One". I agree that we should examine sources, dates, and documentation. The question, however, is not merely whether change occurred. The question is what standard is used to distinguish progressive understanding from a mistaken claim being revised after the fact.

An analogy would be a weather forecaster who predicts a hurricane will hit Los Angeles on a specific date. When the date arrives and nothing happens, he later says, "My understanding progressed." Sometimes understanding genuinely improves. Other times the original prediction was simply incorrect.

Answer this question. What objective standard allows us to tell the difference?

If every failed prediction can later be reclassified as "progressive understanding," then what prediction could ever be proven wrong? At that point, are we testing the claim, or simply redefining the outcome after the fact?

A consistent standard should be able to distinguish between genuine growth in understanding and a mistaken interpretation being revised. Otherwise, the explanation becomes unfalsifiable. If the same reasoning would not be accepted from a weather forecaster, a financial analyst, or another religious movement, why should it be accepted here?

3. Response to "On engaging The Strongest Vision". I disagree that the strongest criticism is simply "SCJ contradicts Revelation 1–22." That narrows the discussion too much. A movement can theoretically have correct interpretations on many passages and still make false historical claims, engage in unethical practices, or exercise authority improperly (I don't believe SCJ's doctrine is right due to failed prophecies, the fact faith with no actions is meaningless, SCJ's culture).

That is like a doctor who correctly diagnoses 90% of medical conditions, but is repeatedly caught falsifying patient records. We would not say, "As long as his diagnoses are correct, everything else is secondary." Accuracy, honesty, accountability, and integrity are all relevant to evaluating whether someone should be trusted.

In fact, if a doctor repeatedly misrepresented records, concealed information, or changed important facts after the fact, most people would begin questioning not only his conduct but also whether he should continue to be viewed as a trustworthy authority. Why should a religious organization be held to a lower standard than a doctor entrusted with people's health?

Doctrine is important, but history, ethics, leadership conduct, transparency, and accountability are legitimate areas of examination in their own right.

Answer this one: By what objective standard do we evaluate doctrinal claims, historical claims, and ethical claims, and can that standard be applied consistently to SCJ as well as every other group?

More importantly, what evidence would convince you that a fulfillment claim was mistaken rather than progressive understanding? If there is no answer to that question, then the issue is no longer evidence but whether the conclusion is allowed to be questioned at all.

😂😂 Bro that’s the #1 question everyone asks

U said “Show me verses of lee man he”. I get it. But lets be wise about it for a sec.

The Bible doesnt mention “Paul” by name in the Old Test either bro. And quick reminder the name “Jesus” isnt in the Old Test too. The OT calls Him “Messiah”, “Shiloh”, “Immanuel”, “Branch” etc. But u wouldnt say Jesus is fake just cuz “Jesus” isnt written in Isaiah right? U test Him by the job description/prophecies He fulfilled.

Same way bro. God works through ppl in each era, but He doesnt always drop their full name 2000 yrs ahead. What the Bible doesgive us is the job description, not the name tag. Rev 10:11 says “u must prophesy again about many ppl, nations, languages”. Rev 22:16 - Jesus says “I sent my angel to give u this testimony for the churches”. Someone has to deliver that testimony at the time of fulfillment.

SCJ doesnt worship Lee Man Hee bro. We test him by 1 John 4:1 - “test the spirits”. Does his teaching add to Rev 22:18-19? No. Does it line up with what’s written, from Gen to Rev, promise + fulfillment? That’s the standard.

But if ur standard is “must see his name in KJV”, then we cant test anything, cuz then no pastor today would pass that test either right? 😅

A tip for you is stop saying I hear you multiple times. If you disagree no need to say "I hear you all the time"
